Where's my download? I can only find a PDF

Most of our digital downloads are quite large, so we can't upload them directly to Etsy. Instead, we've provided a PDF with a direct link to a Google Drive folder where you can download your files at any time. This allows you to access your purchase easily and ensures you get the full, high-quality files.

Can I return my purchase?

Given the digital nature of our products, all sales on CraftAndCherish are final. We are unable to issue refunds or accept returns/exchanges once a purchase is made. This is due to the immediate access and nature of digital files, which cannot be returned physically. While we understand this may be a different shopping experience, we want to ensure a fair approach for our business and customers alike. Therefore, we highly encourage you to thoroughly read the product description, examine the product images, and make sure that the product meets your needs before making a purchase. Can I use your images for commercial projects?

Do I own the copyright after purchasing your images?

Note: If you're using a mobile device to view the PDF file with the download link, sometimes the link may not be clickable.
