How do I access my digital prints?

After your purchase, you can access your downloads by visiting your Etsy Profile (top right) and then clicking ‘Purchases,’ and then ‘Download Files.’ If you purchased as a guest, you will receive an automated email from Etsy containing the download information. If you cannot find the email, please check your Spam, Trash, Social, and Promotions inboxes. Where should I print my digital files?

There are a couple different ways you can print your digital art 1. Upload to a professional printing service online. Such as, shutterfly.com or mpix.com. 2. Go to your local print shop (be sure to bring the files on a USB drive). Such as Walgreens. 3. Use a home printer. Please note color outcome/quality may vary based on printer. I recommend using a heavyweight matte paper, premium cardstock or archival fine art paper.

What is your return policy? Do you offer refunds?

We don't currently offer returns or exchanges on any digital products as they can not be "returned" once purchased. If you have any trouble downloading your digital files please message me!

Included is a 300 DPI PNG file which can be printed in various sizes:
4x5 Ratio: 4"x5", 8"x10", 12”x15”, 16"x20"

 Printing & Print Quality: 
To print your digital files, we recommend using a professional printing service. Some shops we recommend are Walgreens, Fedex, Mpix, Shutterfly and Snapfish. You may also print them out at home if you wish, I recommend using matte or satin heavyweight paper for the best print quality.

*Actual colors may vary from the listing photos and the final product. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor displays color differently and color outcome/quality can vary based on paper and printer used. I try to make the photos show the listings as close to life like as possible, but please understand the color may vary slightly from your monitor. If you have questions about colors please message me.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations: 
Due to the files being digital, I do not accept cancellations/refunds. It is important to me that you are happy with your purchase, so please feel free to contact me should you have any problems or questions, I'm here to help however I can!
