Highlights
Original pen and ink drawing by Frederick A. Mendus a local artist whose work is very popular at regional art shows. This is a profile of a girl who has birds in her "tree limb" background. It is mounted in a 1930's "swing" frame. This name comes from the feature that the frame would tilt forward on its base. The frame perfectly complements the black ink drawing on tan paper. It measures 10.5 inches tall to the arched top of the frame to the base of the pedestal. The base is 10 inches wide and 2.25 deep. The art piece itself is 8 inches by 6.75 inches. Please note that the glass in the frame has been replaced as has the backing. If you would like Frederick to sign the art piece, please put that in a message at time of purchase.
