This dovetail tenon jig is designed for use with hand routers.

The tenon jig is adjustable to four different positions. You can create tenons that are 3.5", 4.5", 5.5", or 6.5" tall. If needed, shim the jig for the desired depth.

The tenons are tapered at a 10 degree angle.

The jig is fully supported when screwed into the work piece to prevent the router from tipping over.

The mortise jig creates a pocket matched exactly to the tenon created. Use the scale on the back to match to the tenon.

This dovetail router jig is made using PETG, which is a durable and UV stable material. However, it should not be exposed to excessive heat otherwise plastic deformation may occur. Please do not leave your jig in your truck dash, for example.
