These carnivorous plants are very well known and are most famous for closing their traps over flies, spiders, and anything else that manages to enter the trap. They are the most exciting carnivorous plant to most growers as their movement is always thrilling, especially for children. These plants also thrive very well under LED lights - and not the expensive ones! Just find any screw-in lamp that gives ~1000 lumens or more. Due to the wavelengths of the LED lights the red becomes highly pronounced.

They are relatively hardy to cold winters and go dormant in the fall. They love very wet substrate condition and regularly get soaked immensely from hurricanes. I always use a sprayer to mimic heavy rainfalls and then let the pot sit in water. Peat and sand mix works very well.

International buyers will have to purchase at their own risk and shipping costs are determined upon location. Any seeds confiscated are your responsibility. I am willing to send them to you but you have to accept any potential loss from customs. International customers should check local restrictions before buying as it is your responsibility if seeds get confiscated. I will send you seeds at your risk only.
