Custom and personalized orders

I enjoy working with folks to create a custom piece! I can customize hoop sizes or create custom designs, depending on what you’re looking for. Please message me with your ideas, and we can create something unique! Depending on the design, a design fee may be included in the price of the piece. This price accounts for my time in drawing a new design and choosing new thread colors and revisions to the design once you review the mock-up. When I quote you the price of your custom piece, I will be sure to let you know if there is a design fee.

Shipping will vary by the piece and size you purchase. The time it takes me to stitch designs varies, and I create each piece to order. Smaller, simpler designs or pieces from my Micrography collection will ship within 3–5 days, Larger, more complex designs may take up to 7 days. If you’d like an estimated shipping date before purchasing, please message me. Holiday Shipping: Orders placed by December 15 will be shipped in time to arrive by December 25. Orders placed after December 15 are not guaranteed to arrive by December 25.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Each hoop comes ready for gifting in a muslin drawstring bag and wrapped in tissue. Your order will also come with a set of gold finish nails to hang your hoop.

Mock-ups for custom pieces

For custom pieces, I will provide you a mock-up of the design. Mock-ups are always an approximation, as designs may change slightly while stitching them to best work in the medium. I will provide the mock-up for your thoughts and feedback before I begin creating the piece. I want to ensure you love the piece, so be sure to provide me any thoughts you have!

Holiday shipping and arrival times

To ensure your piece arrives by December 25, orders need to be placed by December 15. This allows me enough time to create your piece and for it to ship through USPS. If you have any questions or concerns about when your piece will arrive, please don't hesitate to message me. I'm happy to help!

This is a hand embroidered mustard flower hoop, a finished embroidery wall art ready to hang.

I use DMC floss in muted, vintage-inspired colors on a premium cream cotton fabric to create each piece. The faux walnut hoop with a vintage-style hook ensures the piece hangs easily as botanical wall art. The back of the hoop is finished for a complete, polished look.

This listing is available in four sizes. Study II (6" and 8") is a fuller, more detailed rendering of the mustard flower design — made to hold a wall on its own and substantial enough to be the focal point of a room. Study I (4" and 5") offers the same motif in a smaller, more delicate version, well suited to a windowsill, bookshelf, or grouped arrangement.
