While importing this product I was unprepared for, the seller helped me as much as possible. It would have been nice to have warning that importing into the USA required filling out a TSCA report, and then authorizing the seller to authorize it. Seller answered questions promptly and clearly considering the language difference. Some of the cuts on the wood aren't quite as clean as id expect for the price. Looks beautiful though! Some screws also have an odd residue on them and seem rusty.

The raw textures and non-uniform cuts are intentional design choices to preserve the authentic farmhouse character. However, the screws might have been affected by moisture during transit. This is the most beautiful solid wood vanity. The purchase transaction and shipping were seamless, arriving ahead of schedule. The customer service was and remains outstanding. I saw photos of it for approval before it was packed and shipped. It won’t be installed for several weeks and the team has advised me that I can contact them if I run into any difficulties - excellent customer care.
