• Do not put the glass in the dishwasher and avoid washing with hot water.
• Do not scrub harshly or use sharp objects on the printed area.
• Gently hand-wash with cold water, avoiding direct friction on the UV-printed surface.
Because UV printing has its own characteristics, improper cleaning may cause the printed area to peel. If peeling occurs due to dishwasher use, hot water, or strong scrubbing, we are unfortunately unable to offer replacements or refunds in those cases.

There was a defect on the side of the glass but after contacting the seller they offered to ship another one but I was leaving for Italy to visit my daughter and son in law and it wouldn’t arrive in time so they refunded me, great customer service!
