What types of portrait outputs can I choose from?

We offer four choices: • Digital File + Card: You will receive a printed physical postcard (4x6 inches) shipped to your home. As a complementary bonus, we will also provide a high-resolution digital file in .PNG via Etsy message after the design is finalized. • Poster: Printed on thick, matte paper with vibrant colors. • Framed Poster: Printed on museum-quality print in a wood frame with an Acrylite front protector. • Canvas Print: Fade-resistant print on a PH-neutral, acid-free base with mounting brackets. Physical products do not include a high-quality digital file.

What is your return and exchange policy?

For physical products such as Cards, Posters, Canvas and Framed Posters, we do not refund orders for buyer's remorse and size exchanges are not offered at our expense. Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Do I need to agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service before making a purchase?

Yes, by placing an order with us, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. This includes consent to process your personal data and images as described. If the images are not of yourself, you confirm that you have obtained consent from the owner of the images to share them. By agreeing, you accept all terms regarding the use of your data, the product liability disclaimer, and the responsibility for proper use and installation of the products.

Can I create a custom portrait with a different theme or more than 2 people?

Yes, I do accept custom orders! However, for feasibility, please reach out to me via Etsy message first for confirmation. This ensures that I can accommodate your specific request. Feel free to share your ideas, I’m happy to discuss options and create something unique for you!

Where can I send the photos for my portrait?

Once you complete the purchase, please send the images via Etsy message. We do not accept photos via email. Ensure the photos are front-facing, well-lit, and with a neutral expression for the best results. If possible, provide 2-3 photos per person for a better match. Please note: Photos must be provided within 48 hours of purchase, or the order will be cancelled.

Can I preview the portrait before purchasing?

Every portrait is a custom creation, and I dedicate hours to making it just right. While I can’t offer a preview before purchase, I’ll send you four draft options to choose from within 1–2 days of placing your order. This ensures your portrait resonates with your vision before I finalize it.

What areas of the portrait can you customize?

I specialize in transforming faces and hairstyles based on your selected template. The facial expression, smile, jawline, hair color, glasses, and other features in the portrait will be based on the photo you provide. Adding any kind of make-up, tattoo and piercing is beyond the scope of this service. Once you provide a photo, I will create 8 drafts of the headshot for you to choose from, selecting the one that best represents the individual. After your selection, I will provide the final draft, where you can request one round of minor adjustments. Please note that adjustments at this stage are typically limited to minor details, such as color, contour, or small refinements. Starting from scratch with a new photo is not possible.
