What if my package is lost by USPS?

Please contact your local post office to see if they can locate it for you or if they can file a missing package search. Once packages are dropped off to USPS, we as a small business are no longer responsible for them.

How do I return an item?

We don’t accept returns or refunds UNLESS you received the wrong item or the item arrived broken then we will accept your return / refund.

How long do I have until I can return an item?

If you received the wrong item or the item arrived damaged please message us as soon as you receive your package so we can help you. We do not accept returns after 7 days of your package being delivered.

What if my package was sent back to you?

If your package was sent back you would need to pay an additional postage fee if you want it reshipped or you’ll receive a refund for the product. The shipping cost will not be refunded.

Please contact us within 24 hours after you have placed your order if you need to cancel. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee your order will be cancelled because we are out of office working on orders.
