Custom and personalized orders

It is up to YOU to be SURE of your size/your child's size in Converse before ordering. If you decide to change the shoe color or shoe size AFTER ordering, there's a $10 change fee. Of course, provided I haven't started them yet. I don't accept cancellations under any circumstances. If a package is returned to me for ANY reason, NSN (no such number), no secure location, no longer at this address, ANY reason, you will be the one paying for me to re-ship it to you.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I do not gift wrap. If you want a gift message be sure to add it to the gift message box, NOT the "notes to seller" box, it will not be included if you don't put it in the correct place.

Converse shoes run big, especially low tops. I try to add as many details and size charts as I can but nothing beats going to a store that sells Converse and getting your perfect size before you invest a good chunk of change in them.
