Terms and Conditions for the Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Period: You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you (or a third party nominated by you, excluding the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

Notification: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or post). You may use the above Model Withdrawal Form, but it is not mandatory.

Return of Goods: If you withdraw from the contract, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Condition of Returned Goods: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding the original delivery costs, once the returned goods have been delivered to us in their original condition. The refund will be processed using the same method of payment you used for the initial transaction.
