Do yourself a favor and order from any other shop on Etsy offering invitations. I asked a simple question after my order and received a message that was not customer service friendly. When I questioned the shop owners response, she responded with a 4 paragraph message about how I rude for questioning her first message to me. I responded again and was told she was to busy to provide appropriate customer service. This shop owner is arrogant and nonresponsive to customer needs. I shop on Etsy several times a month. Over all the years I have purchased on this sight I have never encountered a shop owner like this one. This sight says you have proof approval, but you do not. Once you order she sends you the product and you are stuck with what she sent. Please think twice before ordering from this shop!!!
