Ordering the right size of the ring is very important. The best way to find out the right size of the ring for you is to go to the local jeweler and kindly ask him or her to measure your finger. Another way is to measure a ring that already fits you. You need to measure the inner diameter of the ring. Best way to do this correctly is to use a caliper. To make sure that the measurement is correct measure the ring several times. We would not recommend using other measuring techniques, since they have often proved to be unreliable.

All the rings are made by bending wood and gluing it together. We use absolutely water proof adhesives and the bond that glue makes is stronger than the wood itself. In addition to that they are coated with waterproof finish. Rings are tough and will last a lifetime. This allows the ring to have magnified strength through each layer of wood that has been fused together- but also allows a degree of flexibility which a single piece of wood does not have.

All our rings are made to last. However wood can be a bit more sensitive to external factors than metal. That is why we would advise you not to expose a ring to a lot of pressure, sharp and hard objects, since it can scratch. Water is usually not a problem - a ring can easily survive a few showers or dish washing but extended and often duration in a wet environment would shorten its life. However it is very important not to expose the ring to any kind of chemicals and solvents since they can permanently damage the ring. If the ring scratches and looses it's shine you can send it back to us to re-polish it.

All the orders will be shipped by Australian Post. Order will be shipped as soon as the ring is done. Shipping takes about 1-4 days for the ring to arrive to Australian residents and 7-14 days for the residents out of Australia. Please note that shipping time is in addition to 7-10 days that is required to make a ring. If you need the ring to reach you faster, let me know and I'll prioritize your ring and send the ring through express shipping for an additional fee.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our first priority. If ring arrives damaged either because of transportation or bad crafting, your ring will be replaced. Rings that don't fit you due to providing wrong ring size can not be replaced. However please contact me if that happens.
