This necklace mandrel is made out of steel and is perfect for designing, forming, and displaying necklaces. You can secure it to your work surface and hammer metal directly on it, or you can use it for working with wax, PMC, or wire. It can also be used to display finished work, as it has a polished surface with finished edges. The neck circumference is 28 cm (11”). Overall measures 18.5 x 18.5 x 12 cm (7.3 x 7.3 x 4.7”). Weight: 5 lb 4 oz (2.4 kg)
