Custom and special order pieces have been created to your exact specifications, customized with particular stones, or designed with your approval and they are not returnable. Rings that are above a size 11 or below a ring size 4 are not returnable. If you have any questions about the return policy for an item you are interested in, please don't hesitate to inquire.

Rings with plain bands can be resized up or down if necessary, but rings with diamonds set into the bands can only be resized a small amount in either direction, so its very important that the ring be ordered in the correct size. If you are at all unsure about the ring size you need, just request a ring sizer when going through checkout and we will mail one to you. Rings that are above a ring size 11 or below a ring size 4 are considered custom orders and are not returnable. Eternity bands are not resizable. For questions about ring sizes and international ring size conversions, please ask prior to purchase.

Lifetime Warranty & Guarantee

We manufacture all of our jewelry using the highest quality materials, and stand behind every piece. We guarantee that all pieces will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. Our lifetime warranty includes free prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating, and cleaning services. In the event there is ever a problem with your jewelry, we'd be happy to help. Any modification or alteration by another jeweler will void our warranty so please contact us prior to any repairs. If you need other services that are not covered under our lifetime warranty, your jewelry can be sent in for evaluation. Once inspected, should charges apply, you will be notified prior to any work being done.

All items ship via UPS or USPS with full value insurance, tracking and a signature required for delivery. Your jewelry is fully insured until it's delivered to you. After that time, you are responsible for insuring your jewelry for theft or loss, including for the loss of your center stone. This is typically covered by homeowner's or renter's insurance policies.

Do you offer layaway or financing?

Yes, financing is available through Klarna. Just click on the Klarna link right below the item price. Turn around time is included in each item description. Every effort is made to complete orders promptly, while at the same time exercising great care and attention to detail. The time needed to complete your jewelry can vary depending on current workload, holiday season, and a variety of other factors, some of which are beyond our control. Because of the nature of this process, the time frame cannot always be predicted with certainty. We suggest placing your order well in advance of any special event or holiday so you are assured your piece in time.
