What happens if an item arrives damaged?

If your items arrives damaged, I will replace the item at no additional charge. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged shipping box, label and item and I'll be happy to send a replacement.

How are items shipped?

Canvas and Prints larger than 11x14 are drop shipped directly from my professional lab and are shipped UPS or FedEx. Pillows are shipped USPS. Small prints are printed and packaged by me and shipped via USPS. Please make sure your address is correct upon checkout. Orders will be shipped to the ETSY address entered upon checkout. All US orders come with tracking. International tracking is dependent upon the country it is being sent to.

Yes! All photographs were taken by me. I do not resell stock photography purchased or downloaded from other sources. Some of my photographs have been licensed and have been found in retail shops.
