SHIPPING. We ship to anywhere in the world. Our shipping service is fast and reliable. All items are shipped from Spain through registered mail by UPS, Feedex or Correos (depending of destination). Orders will be shipped as soon as possible, after receiving the payment. The estimated time for package preparation is from 3 to 5 days.

The estimated time for delivery is:

Spain: 2-4 business days
Europe: 2-7 business days
EEUU & Canadá : 2-4 business days
Rest of the world: 10-15 business days

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number so they know where their package is at any time.

Urgent shipments. Because urgent delivery carries an additional fee, we would appreciate the buyer sending us a message before or immediately after making the purchase, in order to pay the price difference. Deliveries will always be on weekdays.

Customs Fees and Taxes: Your local government may impose import fees and/or VAT (Value-Added Tax) on shipments from outside your country. The customer is responsible for paying any custom taxes, fees and/or costs charged by your government.

Package loss: In case of loss of goods during the shipping process, Kurtik assumes full responsibility. In this case, once confirmed lost by the shipping company, Kurtik will forward another equal product to the client. IMPORTANT: Keep in mind that a package is not considered lost until 30 days after the date of shipment. The resolution process can take up to two months.
