Although Etsy's standard policies states that the time needed to process an order varies, for my shop all items have the same processing time and are ready to despatch in 1 to 2 business days.

Below are estimates for shipping times once posted, but please note that delays are possible especially with international orders as they can be delayed by customs, weather delays etc . Delays are more likely at holiday times such as Christmas, so please order early to avoid disappointment. Items will be considered lost and refunds or replacements made 8 weeks from posting for international orders, and 3 weeks from posting for UK orders. Uk - 2 to 5 working days (Mon to Fri) Europe - 5 to 15 working days (Mon to Fri) Everywhere else - 10 to 20 working days (Mon to Fri)

I have asked that cancellations be requested within 2 hours of purchasing. This is because sometimes I am able to post the same day as the order is placed. However, if I haven't already posted the order I am happy to cancel after a longer period so please contact me to check if you would like to cancel. UK law requires me to provide a cancellation form for customers to cancel. The form is shown above and you can print it off and fill it in if you really want to although it is not necessary as you can just message me to request a cancellation and i will reply and cancel the order asap providing the order has not already been posted.

Looking after your jewellery

To keep your jewellery looking great I would advise avoiding contact with chemicals such as perfume or hairspray. Please also avoid bathing in the jewellery as soap and shampoo etc can cause silver plated jewellery to tarnish. Please follow the above advice to keep the jewellery in great condition for longer :-) Nicky x

US orders. Will I have to pay customs fees or taxes on delivery?

No. All US orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means I pay customs duties myself to royal mail before shipment. The price you pay at checkout is the final price.
