Please leave all personalization or changes in notes to seller. As long as it fits, I can stamp it! These are hand stamped items done by me. No two pieces are exactly the same. You may notice differences in spacing and in depth on any piece that you receive. Although I try to make each piece as close to perfect as possible, I am human and not a machine. This will add to the whimsical uniqueness of each piece! The photographs are representations of the items you will receive, no two are exactly the same.
If you have any issue with the hand stamping involving impression depth, letter placement, letter darkening, please remember that this item is hand made, this is not an item that is suppose to look machine made

You need to take great care of any sterling silver and copper items. These metals do tarnish, and need to be polished. Your jewelry should not be worn while showering, spraying perfume, hair , lotions, etc. It should be the first thing you take off and the last thing you put on. The more contact the metal has with lotions, sprays, perspiration etc, the more it will tarnish. Please take care of your sterling silver and copper items. It is best to store them in a sealed plastic bag to prevent tarnishing. The letters may fade over time, this is normal, to prevent the onset of fading please follow the above instructions. Also do not use any dips to clean your hand stamped jewelry, this will also increase fading.

I gift wrap all orders free of charge. Your order will be sent in a white swirl kraft box that is wrapped with a ribbon that I try to make appropriate for you item. I sometimes ship smaller items in an organza bag.
Please note that occasionally damage of the boxes may occur during shipping. I do not provide refunds for damaged boxes because I do not charge for them. I ship in bubble mailers to try to prevent damage to the product, but if there is any damage to your jewelry, we can follow the proper steps with the USPS.

I ship to PayPal or Etsy addresses. I ship first class mail through the USPS. Shipping time for first class is 2 to 5 business days. If you need it faster than this, I do offer shipping upgrades which you can choose during checkout. You will receive a tracking number from Etsy when your order has been shipped. If you want to track your number, you can do it from the "My Purchases" tab on the drop down menu.
The USPS is not always dependable. If you run into a problem with shipping, please convo me so that we can figure it out.

I ship worldwide. Etsy figures out the shipping cost for me according to your address. Please make sure that the address listed on Etsy or PayPal is correct. Errors in shipping address can cause significant delays on the delivery of your order. I can not guarantee shipping time on international orders. Orders shipped to the UK can expect additional fees when your order arrives. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

All orders are produced in the order that they were received! If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, it can take the full production time. I do offer a "Rush my Order" upgrade in the add on section of my shop. When this upgrade is added, your order will go out within two business days of ordering. You can upgrade your shipping upon check out.

I personalize items per your instruction in "notes to seller". All personalization instructions need to be put in there. Even if you have a direct conversation with me about your personalization, it still needs to be put in the "notes to seller" section.
My goal is for my customers to be satisified, if any situation arises where you are unhappy, please contact me so we can resolve the issue.
If you are unhappy with an item, please message me via ETSY convo ONLY. I will respond within 48 hours. I will attempt all avenues to resolve the situation. If you see a design but would like something a little different, I am happy to do custom orders, just contact me!

I stamp each order by hand in the order that they were received.
Orders usually take from 3-10 business days to stamp, package, and drop off at the post office.

I do have a 'Rush my order' option in the add on section of my shop.

I offer faster shipping upon check out. Upgrading shipping does not make production time faster, unless 'Rush my order' is purchased as well.

When you click 'add to cart' you will go to a check out page. There you will see a box that says 'notes to seller'. Please put all personalization and instructions there. Even if we have discussed it over message, I need it with the order so that I am sure not to forget it.

Unfortunately, hand stamping is done by striking metal rods with a hammer. The strikes on the metal do show through on the other side. So if I stamp on the back, it will mar the front. I do have blanks that you can add on to an order in the add on section of my shop.
