Most orders placed by 12PM noon, EST, are shipped the same day. Many of the heavier packages can be shipped via flat rate shipping. If there is a significant different in price, we are happy to refund you!

*The sizes listed on our cello bags are the OUTSIDE of the bag, as it is sealed. Measurements do not include any flap.
*The inside of a sealed bag is a couple of mm smaller than the bag size. *Bags are allowed a 1/16" variance in either direction.
*When choosing a size, measure your object and choose a bag that is LARGER than the object. For example - a 5x7 photo will not fit in a 5x7 bag. You would need slightly larger than a 5x7 bag.

If you live in the US, we collect tax from Tennessee orders. If you live outside of the US, your taxes and duties are not included. This can be steep in some countries. We cannot calculate your taxes. If you are uncertain yourself, check with your local authorities.

Due to unpredictable Covid related mail delays, we are not currently shipping internationally. If you are a REPEAT international customer, send us a convo and we may be able to work it out.
