An adorable little dress, with very clear instructions — I love it!

The first half of the instructions are awesome! Very clear and thorough. (Except I wish the photos were better.) There are great tips and techniques throughout. Even if you don't want a dress like this, it's worth making it because of all the useful techniques to learn. Just be sure to make a test first since you'll have to make adjustments for it to fit 18" American Girl-type dolls. Be aware however, that there are some issues with the alignment and fit of the pattern pieces. Also, the sleeves and bodice came out way too big, and the skirt way too long for 18" Our Generation and My Life dolls. The instructions for the skirt are very confusing and missing details. (I verified that I printed the pattern at the correct size, and I used 1/4" seam allowances, as instructed. See my photo.)
