► Keep in mind custom crafted jewelry is seldom perfect or evenly spaced. Font and graphic sizes will vary based on character counts and graphic requests. These characteristics are all part of the charm and should not be considered defects.
► As each item is custom produced uniquely for you, refunds and exchanges are not available unless an error was made by Korena Loves.
► We are unable to accept cancellation or change requests after your item has begun the first stage of production.

| CUSTOMIZATION & PERSONALIZATION |

► Your instructions should be added to the personalization field provided when you load the item into your cart
► Our cuffs are priced by the width. Before purchasing please be sure you have selected a bracelet with the appropriate width/price to accommodate your text.
► The cuff width in the main photo is the width you are purchasing. If you desire a different width, please purchase from a different listing with the width you desire in the main photo.
► We recommend no more than 60 characters of text including spaces per line.
► Our standard 6” cuff will fit most woman and is slightly adjustable the first time it is worn. Keep in mind these are true cuffs and meant to open in the back.
- 1" cuffs hold up to 5 lines and are available in the standard 6” length only, this size will fit most woman
- 1/2" cuffs hold up to 2 lines and are also available in a 5" length for smaller wrists and a 7" length for men & women with larger wrists
- 3/8” & 1/4” cuffs hold 1 line and are also available in a 5" length for smaller wrists

| WEAR & CARE |
► Cuff bracelets should only be “sized” to your wrist the first time you wear them by gently opening or pinching the ends. After that, rather than bending the metal, simply slide the opening over the narrowest part of your wrist and then gently turn into the cuff. This will avoid overworking the metal so you’ll have a lasting treasure.
► Surgical grade stainless steel may contain some nickel, but is generally considered hypoallergenic for most people.
► Stainless steel jewelry is harder than silver and doesn’t usually tarnish, rust or require a lot of special care, however it can scratch. We recommend storing in it’s box, an individual bag or pouch. If your jewelry does get scratched, you may wish to contact a local jeweler for a professional polish.
► Wash by dipping a soft, lint-free cloth in warm soapy water, and then gently wipe. Dry well with a clean cloth. Follow up with a jewelry polishing cloth for a nice shine.
