Custom and personalized orders

All custom made and personalised, engraved items can be not returned or exchanged unless it is damaged or can be not corrected or repaired. I will be happy personally custom design your unique piece of jewelry, once you have purchased the custom listing that I have created for you (All estimates are in USD) I will start to work on it and send you images for your approval before starting the manufacturing. Once you have received the images you can request from me changes if it is not the way you like to have it. To finish and ship out a custom made order takes around 3-6 weeks plus shipping time. In case you would like to cancel your order during manufacturing time there will be a 20% restocking fee of the purchased order.

(All around bands, eternity bands can be no re-sized.) It is always better to make a ring in the correct size at the begin because sizing it too many times will make the ring weak. I always design the ring for the size it is ordered. But in case the size is not correct you will have 30 days to ship it back to me for sizing it 1 size up or 1 size down on engagement rings on all plain wedding bands I can only size a half size down or up at no charge I will be only charging you to shipping it back.

Most of my engagement rings are dainty designs but they will last for many years. Unless they get damaged during daily wear, because of this I would recommend not hitting it on solid surfaces, or if it gets caught on something not pulling it strongly because this can bend the ring or the prongs and gems will get loose and will come out later on. If you feel your ring needs a cleaning you can use warm to hot water with a little bit dish soap and a medium soft toothbrush to clean it after that you can rinse it with clean water and dry it with a soft paper towel. Every six months you can take it to a jeweler for ultrasonic cleaning, you can also ship it to me I would happy to clean and inspect it at no charge.

On all listed ready to make items, I offer 14 days money back guarantee which begins the day you receive your order, after that, you will have 21 days to ship it back to me, the 21 days begins the day you have received your order. This excludes custom made and engraved items. Shipping back returns are customers responsibility, I would recommend insured shipping, if it get's lost during shipping, this would be your responsibility. Before returning an item please contact me. Eligible returns are items that have been not worn, repaired, sized, scratched, or gems exchanged.All returns have to be shipped with original boxes, certificates, and appraisals. It is important that you contact us before any returning an item.

I offer a free 1-year limited warranty on manufacturing defects only, this applies to all listed and custom made items. I recommend that you have your jewelry cleaned and inspected every six to eight months. You can ship it to me for free cleaning and inspection (Shipping back charges will apply.) My warranty does not cover gems that are bigger than .06ct 2.50mm this means your center gemstone is not covered, I would recommend insuring it. If during daily wear your jewelry gets's bent, prongs break, gems break, and any damages that happen during daily wear are not covered, only manufacturing defects are covered.

Layaway: We offer on items $400. to $1500. up to 4 months layaway, for items $1500. to $4000. up to 7 months. To start any of them we require a 15% down payment. Thereafter you can choose the amount and when to pay. Layaway purchased items can be not returned or exchanged. During layaway before we start to work on your order if you decide to cancel it, there will be no cash returns all the payments that you have made will be available as a store credit to up to 12 months beginning from your cancellation time. AFTER FULL PAYMENT IS MADE WE WILL SHIP OUT YOUR ITEM WITHIN 3 WEEKS.

All listed items are ready to make I don't have them in stock. Each order will be specially designed and hand crafted within 2-4 weeks custom orders 2-5 weeks, plain wedding bands 1-2 weeks.

For all International buyers, including from Canada customs Duty's Taxes are your responsibility's. Extremely happy with my ring. I got married without a wedding ring because I didn’t find one I liked enough to go with my engagement ring. This enhancer is the first and only one I came across that I loved and could see myself wearing. I love that I’ve never seen it before because it makes it unique. Arman is a true artist, and he went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my ring. 10/10. (Note: I personally found a full size down from my engagement ring size was best presumably because the style of top of the enhancer is more open.)
