Personalization should be entered with the letters in the order they are to appear on the item. Make sure Spelling is correct. We will capitalize all monograms (see picture for correct placement), single initials, 3 letter initials & only the first letter of a name (if the font allows).

Orders for personalized products cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded after the order has been submitted and payment received. There is NO REFUND for personalized items!

I do all of the embroidery of the items offered in my shop. Many of the items in my shop are purchased blanks and not made personally by me. My part of handmade is the embroidery.

This was a gift for an International Student who decided to travel around the US during her summer break. It came quickly and I loved the black / orange combination! It'll be great for when she needs to grab a few things, keep them cold and grab her dog, Oreo, and go off on a new adventure!
