I aim to ship products within 1-3 working days.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class and should arrive within 1-3 days after they have been dispatched.

Royal Mail special delivery orders will arrive the next working day after they have been dispatched.

All prints are carefully sealed in cellophane bags and placed in rigid envelopes so they don't get damaged.

If customers order frames with their prints these will be wrapped in bubble wrap and securely packed.

International deliveries will be delivered via standard international airmail. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A TRACKED SERVICE.

US - 10-14 working days
AUS 10-21 working days
Everywhere else - 10-21 working days

International buyers are responsible for any duties and customs charges that may be incurred. Sometimes customs can hold up parcels for a few weeks. This is unusual but it is possible.
I cannot be held accountable for delayed orders due to known postal strikes in the area in which the order is due to be delivered.

After payment has been cleared I will package and post the item. Please allow 1 to 3 days for this (unless otherwise stated, please see individual item listings for estimated processing times). If for whatever reason your order hasn’t arrived within these time frames (see below) after dispatch, then please do get in touch.

Orders placed after 11am will normally be processed the following posting day.
