Based on reviews on average sizes Small-Large customers feel they run true to size, XLarge-4X customers often size up.

How can I expedite my order?

During checkout, you will be given the option to upgrade your shipping to priority or priority express shipping.

When will my order ship?

Every item is made-to-order and most items in our shop ship out next business day (current processing time is in each listing) excluding holidays.

Can you guarantee the item will arrive by a certain date?

USPS does not guarantee any shipping dates, however I do guarantee the processing time associated with each listing and orders will be shipped out by scheduled date. Please understand that I am not responsible for any delays caused by USPS. Please take into consideration processing time + shipping times . Shipping- STANDARD 1ST CLASS MAIL normally takes 3-5 business days for delivery after the order ships out. PRIORITY MAIL normally takes 2-3 business days for delivery after the order ships out. EXPRESS MAIL normally takes 1-2 business days for delivery after the order ships out. INTERNATIONAL (Canada) 2-3 weeks for delivery after the order ships out.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! Returns/exchanges are accepted on non-custom items. Contact us within 3 days of delivery if you're not satisfied. Items must be in brand new, unworn/unwashed condition with tags and returned within 7 days. Buyers cover all return/exchange shipping costs. Please reach out for return/exchange instructions. RESTOCKING FEE POLICY: To help us maintain affordable pricing and continue offering free shipping, a restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns. This fee helps cover the original shipping costs associated with your order. Restocking Fees: • $4.75 per shirt • $9.50 per sweatshirt

Can I cancel my order?

No we cannot cancel orders since all items are hand printed to order, we start the production process almost immediately after the order is placed. For this reason, once an order is placed, we cannot cancel or make changes to the order. Please message us and if by chance we haven’t started on your order we will be more than happy to cancel it.

Package says delivered and it’s not in my mailbox?

Unfortunately this does happen on occasion. USPS will mark a package delivered when in actuality it hasn’t been delivered yet. On all occasions we have encountered the package ends up being delivered a few days later.

Guaranteed By Christmas/Holiday Season

We do our best to ship your orders out next business day, however, once your package leaves our hands, the remainder of the trip is out of our control. USPS experiences delays during the holiday season. This is nationwide and affects all packages, not just It’s Your Day Clothing. If you want to make sure your package arrives by a specific date, please choose priority express during checkout.
