DELIVERY

All orders are shipped worldwide through Regular Registered Mail or EMS DATAPOST with an approximate delivery time of 5-10 business days. On orders over 100 Euros value, we ship Free internationally with DHL Express if a telephone / mobile number is provided.

Please note at times unexpected delays may occur which NEO LOVE has no control over and is not responsible for.

All orders processed during business hours Monday - Friday are dispatched within the week of your order. Please advise of a phone number when ordering. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed through our website.

If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. To prevent this from happening please look out for any delivery attempt notifications and use the 'TRACK MY ORDER' feature and submit your tracking mail once your confirmation mail has been sent.

Please note we are not accountable for any orders that have been marked as delivered nor where delivery attempts have been made.

NEO LOVE is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarise yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.

Some products may not be exactly as seen in the photo, as they are handmade and all items are unique, or leather colours may vary slightly from screen colours.

Most of our items listed in the shop are Made to Order. Please, allow 15-20 business days for making before delivery of your product from the date of your payment as everything is custom made just for you.

Shipping time estimate:
Europe: 5 - 10 working days
Outside EU: 10-20 working days, depending on your country's postal services.
