Our skin has been so soft since we starting using this bar consistently! I highly recommend. Plus there are instructions included to turn into a liquid which we love for our hand washing.

This is my first bar shampoo ever, and as to be expected it took some getting used to. My old shampoo was sulfate filled so getting used to the no lathering, was weird, but not too hard to adjust to. My biggest challenge with this bar was probably on how much to use. With a bar, there really is no good way to relatively measure how much product you are using in your hand, so I had to do trial an error in how much product I rubbed onto my hair. I found that running the bar along my head directly worked best rather than trying to get the soap off the bar and onto my hand. Also, for me, less is more. It didn't feel like I got a lot of coverage from the lack of lather, but I did. If I used too much, I found my hair was very "plastic-y," stale, and made my hair super greasy and oily. I think I've finally got the hang of it now though

I bought this to use on my hair and body and it's worked really great! My hair is fine and thin and i think it looks healthier than it did when I was using traditional shampoos, so thank you!
