These are indoor and outdoor pieces, but they do appreciate a little shelter from the elements to stay in pristine condition. To store them in the off-season, place them in a temperature controlled space to keep the heat from misshaping them (and making you sad when you open next season!). Our current turnaround time is posted on all listings as well as in our shop announcement. We've never gone above a three day turnaround because we want your doors pretty ... and fast.

My flat shipping fee is done to keep the cost down. This means some locations in the eastern part of the United States can be shipped Priority mail (1-3 days) for much less than others (including TX, FL and anything out west) that will go Parcel Select (2-9 days) at a comparable rate.
