How do I download your digital products?

We offer access to your digital purchases one of two ways. If the product is small enough to be stored on the Etsy server, you will find the download links available on your purchased items page. Alternately, when our kit size exceeds the file limitation here on Etsy, we store the product in Dropbox. PLEASE NOTE: You do not need to have a Dropbox account to access your digital purchases. Upon payment, you will be able to download a product-specific PDF with a link to your purchased files. The linked text is located near the bottom of each PDF. Should you have any issues accessing your purchase, please let me know.

Can I return digital product?

We do not offer returns/refunds on our digital products. Should you find that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us to discuss.

Terms of Use for Digital Products - What is Not Permitted

OUR DIGITAL PAPERS/ARTWORK CANNOT be SOLD COMMERCIALLY AS A DIGITAL PRODUCT. Selling digital items made with our designs, such as those in digital collage sheets, is not permitted in any form, nor may our designs be used for sales on Zazzle, Cafepress, or similar websites. YOU MAY NOT MASS PRODUCE MY ARTWORK/DESIGNS (IN ANY DIGITAL OR PHYSICAL FORM) AND SELL THEM COMMERCIALLY. You MAY NOT SELL OR SHARE my original backgrounds, elements, stamps, or brushes individually or in kits. You may not alter any part of my designs and claim them as your own. You may not use my backgrounds and elements to create a commercial website, or web templates for resale, or commercial tags without a commercial license.

Terms of Use for Digital Products - What Is Permitted

We support the small makers - our digital products can be used to create your own derivative physical works in small quantities for sale in online or physical marketplaces. For example: Mini Albums, Junk Journals, Tags, Cards, etc. The finished product must be a tangible, non-digital creation. Please reach out to use if you have any questions around allowed use.

Terms of Use for Glassine/Wax Bags

All the decorative wax/glassine bags created by The French Heart are protected works of art, along with the manufacturing process used to design them. You are not permitted to copy the manufacturing process or simulate the design for your own commercial purposes. You may include them in your junk journals, mini albums and other works for sale that are not in direct competition with this shop. If you have any questions, please contact us. What is the method of shipping?

For all orders that weigh less than a pound, we use USPS First Class Mail. Orders above that weight will ship USPS Ground or USPS Priority - depending on the cost.

Estimated Delivery Times

The estimated delivery date is based on your purchase date, the recipient's location, the seller's processing time and location, and the shipping carrier. Other factors—like placing an order on a weekend or a holiday—may end up pushing the arrival of your item beyond the estimated delivery date. It's our hope that your item gets where it's going as soon as possible, but given the factors involved, this is only an estimate. For example: If the processing time for an item you purchased is 3-5 days, and the transit time for the shipping method you chose is usually 2-4 days, your estimated delivery date is 5-9 days from today.
