ABOUT OUR VINYL
We use a high quality vinyl specifically designed for interior walls with a special low tack removable adhesive that won't damage your paint. This makes our designs a perfect solution for renters or people who want a custom paint look without the permanence or hassle of paint. Our vinyl has a matte finish to match most walls and won't produce a glare like traditional glossy vinyls.
While indoor vinyl is removable, it's not reusable or repositionable. And while most every wall we've tested has worked beautifully, we do have a few guidelines as to what surfaces work best for our decals...
- Smooth walls work best. This includes painted walls, glass, metal and sanded wood. Very textured walls have less surface area for the decal to stick to and can make instillation difficult to near impossible and may cause the decal to peel over time.
- Wait at least 30 days after painting to apply our wall decals. Ever notice that a room can smell like it was freshly painted long after painting was done? That's because the paint takes time to "gas out" and applying a wall decal too early may cause air bubbles, difficulty adhering and damage to paint when removed.
- Temperature controlled environments work best. We learned this the hard way in a boxing gym with almost no ventilation. The heat and steam in the gym caused our graphics to bubble and peel within a few months. The only solution was to seal in the graphics permanently. So steamy bathrooms, muggy home gyms and outdoor walls are not recommended for indoor vinyl.
- Walls painted with "VOC Free" or "Zero VOC" paints don't like vinyl decals. Why? Not sure. This paint makes application with transfer paper difficult and will cause the decal to peel over time if you can manage to get it on in the first place. Vinyl manufacturers are researching the problem, but for now, we just don't recommend our decals on walls painted with the eco-paint.
*If you have a concern that your wall might not be the best surface for our decals, convo us with your mailing address and we'll send you a FREE sample pack. We'd rather eat the postage and have our customers try before they buy than to have an unhappy customer when their decal didn't work out. If you have specific color requests for the sample decals (say you want to make sure the color is just right too) include them in the convo and we'll do our best to send the samples in the color(s) you plan to order.

APPLICATION/INSTALLATION
All of our decals come with a detailed step-by-step instruction sheet and we're just a click away to help with any additional questions or concerns you may have. Some tools we recommend to have on hand for installation are a squeegee (anything from a rubber spatula to a credit card will work), scissors, masking tape, and a level or tape measure. Depending on the size and/or intricacy of the design, it might be a good idea to have an extra set of hands on deck to help out as well.
For our decals with lots of detail, we supply the design with a specially designed transfer tape that allows you to place the graphic with ease and without the worry of damaging or misplacing pieces of the design. For more simple designs, you just peel and stick. Yes, it's that easy!

Each design is cut to order. All orders ship from Ventura California within 1-3 business days via USPS Priority 2-Day Mail and include a tracking number. With some custom orders or listings with options not included in drop-down menus, additional correspondence may be necessary. Make sure to keep an eye out for messages about your order to prevent any delay in production or shipping.
We strive to make all of our customers 100% satisfied with their purchases. If for some reason there are any problems with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us! We don't have very many "set-in-stone" policies because quite frankly, every customer and every sale is unique. So we like to treat them as such. We're not much for rules anyway...
