All items are shipped within 1-2 business days using Spanish mail service (Correos).

I offer ordinary mail for small things like badges, paper dolls and prints. It´s not traceable so it doesn´t have a shipping number, but it´s faster than registered mail.

For handmade dolls and ornaments, I offer registered mail. "Registered" means it comes with a shipping number and you can track the departure date from Spain, but it´s only traceable as it travels in some countries. Sadly it´s not possible to track it in US and Canada.

The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is:

- 2-5 days to Spain

- 5-20 days to Europe

- 15-45 days to the rest of the countries. A big gap, I know! But depending on customs and particularly busy periods, this time may vary.

Everything you see in the shop is completely handmade and designed by me.

My dolls, ornaments and brooches are sewn by hand with much love and care. I only use my own patterns and designs.

I print my illustrations and paper dolls with my Canon printer, using original Canon inks.
