Our last date to place orders for us to meet Royal Mail's last posting date is Friday 17 December.

However, as ever, this is not a guarantee for pre-Christmas delivery, unless Special Delivery is selected. Some areas are seeing severe delays due to the worsening COVID situation, and this is likely to get worse before it gets better.

Please check the shipping policies before placing your order, especially if your deadline is short. We are getting increasing numbers of customers asking us to rush their order out ahead of other customers - unfortunately this is not possible. We may decline your order and make a refund if your request is unrealistic.

Royal Mail are experiencing high level of staff absence, and with increased Christmas volume, this is translating into lots of delays, some areas are particularly badly affected.

We are still currently only posting to the UK, but keeping this under review.

All our items are posted within three working days of payment being received, though in the vast majority of sales, they are posted the next working day after purchase. We'll send you a dispatch notification to let you know it's on it's way.

Items in the UK are posted using second class post, which should arrive 2-3 days after dispatch. However, delays do happen occasionally, so please allow an extra 5-7 days before contacting me.

Items abroad are posted using Airmail Small Packets. Allow 3-10 days for delivery to Europe and 10-14 days outside Europe (a bit longer to South America, Africa and Australia). These times are just estimates, and some countries may take longer due to customs clearance.

We post our orders in the same order that we receive them. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but if you are in a rush for an item, please contact us BEFORE ordering so we can offer advice on whether or not it will arrive in time.

Any postage upgrades needed to secure faster delivery will be charged to the customer. We cannot upgrade postage or rush your order out if you just add a note to the order saying you need it ASAP.

Special delivery is offered on all our listings. Selecting this will mean delivery is guaranteed before 1pm on the working day after your badge is posted - we will aim to post as quickly as possible, but please note our dispatch time is still 3 days, even if special delivery is selected.

International tracked and signed is available on international orders. This may shave a few days off your delivery time if you are in a rush.
