If you are unhappy with the style, color, or need to exchange for a larger size please contact me within 14 days with your name, order number, item exchanging and item desired. Exchanges may be subject to a 25% restocking fee to offset the costs making your original item. If you would like to exchange for an item of greater value than the exchange value of your original purchase you will be required to pay the difference in cost.

If your garment doesn't fit please contact me with your name, order number, and item ordered within 14 days of receiving your order. Alterations are offered on a case by case basis. Simple alterations are free of charge, for more complex alterations a small fee of $5-$15 may be charged. Buyer is responsible for shipping. Please keep in mind that not all items can be altered. I can make things smaller, but I cannot make them larger. I can shorten items, but I cannot make them longer. If you ordered a size too small, I will have to make a new item for you and it will be subject to the exchange policies above.

Custom and personalized orders

Unless otherwise stated in the listing description, your item will be handmade to order after you checkout. This means your item will be custom made according to your size and color preferences or according to your measurements if provided. IF YOU HAVE A UNIQUE QUALITY which you think I should know about, such as; short, tall, long waited, broad shouldered, long legs, pregnant, etc., please leave this information in the 'Message to Seller' box at checkout.

ORGANIC COTTON, HEMP, BAMBOO, SOY: Machine or hand wash cold, gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Line dry or dry flat. WOOL: Hand wash cool and dry flat.

All items will be shipped via USPS with tracking unless otherwise arranged. You will be able to select your shipping speed at checkout. TRANSIT TIMES: Please be aware that all shipping times are an estimate and not a guarantee. This is especially true for international orders. INSURANCE: Items will be shipped via USPS with the best shipping rate available to your location. All items shipped via USPS will be automatically shipped with $100 of insurance. If you would like to purchase additional insurance please contact us to arrange. I am not responsible for lost, undelivered or damaged packages.

I am unable to offer monetary refunds on custom and made-to-order pieces. Nearly all of my pieces are custom made to order after you checkout. By the time you receive your item(s) I will have already devoted much of my time and fabric to your order. If your item was already made it can be returned for the full value of the item itself. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is at the buyers expense. All made-to-order items are custom-made, and so exempt from buyers Right of Withdrawal when shipped to the EU.

I'm in love with this skirt! Full length and flattering with nice deep side pocket to hold all your essentials this skirt is a must have piece. This one is made from my hemp and organic cotton jersey. This fabric offers the best of both worlds - all the durability of hemp and the soft hand of organic cotton. A cozy soy or bamboo organic cotton fold over waistband holds it all up and can also be pulled up to your bust to convert the whole thing to a strapless dress. The perfect travel piece, this skirt is ready to go wherever you are and can be dressed up or down as needed. It makes a fantastic summer skirt on its own and can easily be own over leggings carrying you into fall and winter.

Excellent, comfortable, and very versatile. This skirt is lightweight, but it's great for spring, summer, and fall. I brought mine along on a trip to Winter Park, CO, and at 74 during the day (with sandals) and 40 at night (with boots). This skirt was perfect. I have several items from Rowan's shop, and I love all of them. They're my capsule wardrobe peices.
