Whilst I have no complaints about the quality of the card... It was excellent, I did have an issue with the delivery. The card was for our daughter's graduation and we thought we had ordered it in plenty of time so we could give it to her together with a gift at the graduation itself. But the card didn't arrive on time. In fact it was delivered to us on the day of the graduation - hours after we had left to attend the ceremony. So we weren't able to use it at all. Why it took three days from the receipt of the order to when it was dispatched beggars belief, but it did. Of course we can't use the card now, I made one instead. So our experience was, to say the least, somewhat disappointing. But it didn't spoil the day and everything else was a success.

We have had message communications regarding your order delivery already and although not required, I refunded you in full as you know. For extra clarity, I always send within the Etsy guidelines, which is exactly what I did with your order, with the weekend in between. The Etsy delivery notification you received clearly stated the dates your order would arrive and it did arrive exactly within the 3 day framework.
