Can I get a refund if I changed my mind about something I ordered?

Absolutely! Please contact me within 3 days of receipt of the item. I will provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on where to send your return. My order is not what I expected. What should I do?

Let me know right away if there is anything that is below expectations! I will fix any imperfection or solve any issue, ANYTHING, to make sure you receive what you paid for. Just click on "Contact The Shop" from your on-line invoice and let me know what is wrong. If there is an error, item was not as described or beakage, I will fix it! Just write me!

My order has not arrived. What should I do?

You can track your order from your on-line invoice. If your order appears to be lost just contact me. It is rare but packages do sometimes get lost by the carrier. I take responsibility for ensuring your order is delivered to the address on your invoice. See my shipping policy for current information on the insurance that applies.

I want to add to an order I already placed, will you combine my orders and refund some of the shipping?

Generally no. If you have forgotten something or want to add to your order please request cancelation and create a new order. This limits the confusion that results and ensures that I can purchase insurance for your order when needed.

300 Stainless Steel open jump rings in sizes 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm or 8mm. They are non-tarnish and hypoallergenic.

Now you can order them OPEN or CLOSED style! Both styles are the same jump rings but the open style is pried open and ready to attach. The closed style needs to be opened with a pair of pliers in order to attach. The style is OPEN unless otherwise noted as CLOSED or CLSD.

It is mostly a matter of personal preference. The closed style had the ends already closed closely but unsoldered. They are easier to close and match the ends back together. The closed styles pack and store neater but cost more.

The open style sometimes results in a tangled mass. To untangle simply grab a bunch over a towel or other surface and rub gently with your fingers letting loose ones drop onto the pad.

Choose your style from the drop down menu. The style is OPEN unless otherwise noted.

The 9mm and 10mm are CLOSED style and are not offered in the open style.

These are not bright silver but rather a vintage silver.

Made of 304 grade stainless steel. Non tarnish and hypoallergenic.

The approximate outside dimension, thickness and gauge of the wire of each jump ring size is as follows:

4mm - 0.7mm - 21 gauge
5mm - 0.8mm - 20 gauge
6mm - 1mm - 18 gauge
7mm - 1mm - 18 gauge
8mm - 1mm - 18 gauge

All jump ring dimensions indicate outside diameter of the ring when closed.
