This lariat style necklace is modern yet elegant in design, featuring an orchid flower, two personalized charms, and a wire-wrapped pearl. The tiny leaf will be hand stamped/engraved with your specified initial, and you choose the color of the teardrop-shaped glass jewel. Completed with a fine gold-plated chain with a lobster clasp closure. Would make a stunning personalized gift!

Damaged/Faulty Items/Errors: Please contact me if there is damage, faulty parts, or seller error within 2 days of receipt; a photo will be helpful, and will be required prior to a replacement being sent or a refund. If you would prefer a refund, the item must be returned. If an insurance claim needs to be filed, you may also be required to fill out and sign an affidavit.

Returns: Return shipping is at your expense and the item must be received within 10 days in undamaged condition (extended for international customers). Item must be sent back unworn in its original condition and in the jewelry gift box it was shipped in. For non-personalized items, the refund will be for the purchased price. Personalized items will be refunded the purchase price minus a 25% personalization fee (please note that most Etsy sellers and retailers will NOT refund personalized items due to the inability to resell the item without alterations). Exception: Items personalized with a name or word that is not shown in the listing are not eligible for returns. I'm sorry, but shipping fees and rush fees will not be refunded. For US orders, a shipping fee of $4.50 is included in the purchase price of both non-personalized and personalized items that will not be refunded. Tracking or proof of shipment for the return package is advised. If I do not receive the item back and neither of these can be provided, a refund can not be processed.

I think I may have received the wrong color, because the "amethyst" I ordered looks pink and not purple at all. Still a very pretty necklace with cute details. It arrived very quickly and will make a great gift=] Thank you!

My grandmum received her gift yesterday she told me it was wonderful! She's really happy for it! Concerning the delivery from USA to France it was fast and reliable :) I recommend you this shop! ------ My grandmother has received her gift that I made exp?di? directly at her house yesterday!
