I am so happy with this purchase and with the seller! i ordered this necklace for my daughter, who loves both gears and octopuses. The shipping was delayed, but when I contacted the seller she was so wonderful. She explained why it had been delayed, then not only sent the item with expedited delivery but also put in an extra "gift" to make up for it. The gift she included was just as wonderful as the item I had purchased, and I ended up giving both to my daughter for Christmas. She loved both and has already worn them each several times. That is, in my mind, above-and-beyond customer service. As for the item I ordered, it is just as nice as the picture showed. My daughter is delighted that one of the gears in the item actually moves. It has a very cool, vintage-y look and is a perfect size. Love!!!!
