Please hand wash in lukewarm water and lay flat to dry. If you need to iron the product, please select the right heat setting, put a piece of clothing and do not press so hard because of the felted fabric.

If you think there's a mistake with the order, please let me know it asap. Please don't leave a negative review because I will do my best to make it right and make you happy :)
