William Morris Indian Cushion Cover: Arts & Crafts Pillow, Black Beige Cotton

William Morris, William Morris's "Indian" Arts and Crafts black, beige ctton mix cushion cover, throw pillow cover, home decor.

William Morris famously said, “Have nothing in your houses that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful.”

Hand sewn cushion cover made from a piece of William Morris's " Indian " design printed on a furnishing weight cotton. " First produced in 1868-70 as a wallpaper Indian was based on the indienne prints of the 18th century. Originally drawn by George Gilbert Scott [ the famous architect] and later adapted by Morris" ( quote from Morris and Co. website ). The cover has been piped in black cotton and is lined in a matching beige linen and cotton mix fabric. All the seams have been double sewn and four stitched overlocked for strength. The cushion has a concealed zip beneath the piping on the reverse for ease of opening.

Mild handwash at 30 degrees.

The pillow's actual colours may be ever so slightly different due to my photographic skills and your monitor's colour settings.

All my cushions will arrive individually packaged in recycled tissue paper sealed with washi tape. I am trying to be more eco friendly so my mailer bags are now made from 100% recycled material and can themselves be recycled.

I do hope that you will be happy with your purchase, however, if there is a problem please do not hesitate to contact me and I will try my best to find an amicable solution. Under EU distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order, providing that it isn’t personalised, within 14 days of receipt of the goods and receive a full refund. I will gladly refund any unused items within the 14 days but the buyer is responsible for their safe return and the postage costs. All items should, where ever possible, be returned in their original packaging. Please contact me first before returning items for further instructions and the return address.

CUSTOM DUTIES, IMPORT TAXES AND HANDLING FEES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays that may be due to items being held in customs offices.

SHIPPING

For your peace of mind all international orders are sent tracked. If you prefer I can send your order by the regular ordinary UK Royal Mail service. Please message me and I will gladly refund the difference in cost. But
please bear in mind that your delivery time will obviously be longer.

Purchases will ship out in the order that they are received - on a first come, first served basis. If you are in hurry to receive your order or need something by a certain date please send me a message and I will then do my very best to send it out sooner.

All local UK parcels will be sent UK Royal Mail Tracked 48, an end to end tracked service, with the option to upgrade to tracked and signed for on delivery. For parcels that haven't arrived in the recommended time frame I suggest waiting at least thirty business days for international customers and ten days for the UK. If you've still not received it by this time, please get in touch. Thank you.
