You can polish your necklace using a soft cotton cloth, do not use any cleaning agents. Do not spray your necklace with perfume, sunscreen or other chemicals. Do not wear it in the shower, or pool or while you’re sleeping. Please treat your item with care. Jewelry is delicate….please do NOT tug, pull or yank on your necklace. It won’t hold up to it!

Once an item has been mailed it is out of my control when it gets delivered to you. If an item has been marked by USPS as delivered it is your responsibility to contact USPS if you have not received it. I cannot issue refunds for items that have been marked as "delivered" or that are lost in the mail. If you believe your package has been stolen or misplaced you should contact your neighbors and USPS. Under no circumstances do I offer refunds or send replacements for items marked as "delivered" by USPS.

I recommend that you ship your order to an address where you have control over your own secure mailbox. I do not recommend shipping to a place of business as mail can often be misplaced.
