Handmade Wooden Dollhouse with Furnitures.
A two-floor house with stairs and a set of 17pieces of furnitures
It is completely made of natural wood (mainly of fir-tree and pine-tree timber).
The dimensions of the house are: length-18,90inches, width-9,85inches, height-14,20inches, (48cm x 25cm x 36cm).
The complete furnishing includes: 4-Chair Dining Table, Sofa with Table, Kitchenette (Kitchen with Hood, Refrigerator, Wash Basin), Bathroom Furniture (Bath, Wash Basin, Toilet Bowl and Washing Machine) and Bedroom Set (Bed with Bedside Table and Cloths Closet)
It can be played with wooden figures or with playmobil figures, or any other small figures.
The colours and the finish used are water-based, eco-friendly and conform the European Union legislation EN71-3 for children safety
The dollhouse satisfy the environmental rules and the EU legislation for toys.

The wood used is from sustainably managed forests in Greece and Europe, mainly fir-tree and pine-tree timber. This choice was made because it is light-weight wood with beautiful grains, soft colors and vibrant texture.
Mainly preffered solid wood because is a formaldehyde free material but in certain situation Plywood used for its durability and safety.

The varnish used is "V33 Pur Protect"
It is a water based, limited VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) -less than 5gr/lt- varnish.
Green Label certified of the European union and no Formaldehyde fumes (tested in compliance with the standard ISO EN16000). It is approved with EN71 part3 regarding safety of toys and protection of children.

The package arrived even more quickly than expected! This is a quality dollhouse, which makes me think of Le Corbusier due to the beauty of some of its curves... The seller is very communicative and nice. There's plenty of furniture that goes with the house, so you can put some away for a smaller toddler and introduce the new items as the child gets older. A beautifully crafted dollhouse with sturdy furniture. My granddaughter is absolutely loving this and it is such a unique piece of woodwork to have in the house. Made in Greece and received on the West Coast of USA in less than two weeks - just in time for a very, very happy birthday girl! Well worth every penny - this is an heirloom quality gift.
