Our standard creation time is 7-10 business days because all of our items are handmade upon receipt of the order. We do have a rush order option in our shop that can be purchased to shorten the creation time to 3 business days if you need your order sooner. PLEASE NOTE - shipping time is not included in the creation time.

Please contact us via Etsy e-mail as soon as possible. If we haven't started production, we will be able to fix it for you. If production has started, there will be a charge to redo the item.

All personalization information should be placed in the "notes to seller" box during the checkout process. ***THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.*** If this is not provided, it will slow down our ability to process your order quickly. If we ask for clarification and do not hear from you within 3 days, we will create your order with the information provided.

If you provide personalization but do not specify color information during checkout, we will use the colors shown.

It is VERY important to check the shipping address during the checkout process because we try to get everything created and shipped as quickly as possible.

If you provided the wrong address, please convo us right away and if your item hasn't shipped out yet, we will be able to update it for you.

If it has shipped, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees after the package is returned to us.

We try to package everything up very well but in the event that an item gets damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 business days and provide pictures of the damaged item and packaging so that we can file a claim with the USPS.

Once the claim is filed, we will work with you to resolve this as quickly as possible.

If you select the option to see a design proof, we will send it via Etsy convo. If we do not hear from you within 3 days, we will assume the design is approved and move it to production.

If you select the option to include a picture and don't provide that to us via Etsy convo (we normally follow up and ask for it a couple of times) within 3 days, we will process your order without printing the picture and including it with your order.
