Orders will generally ship within 1-3 working days. Domestic orders usually arrive within 1-2 working days of shipping; international orders generally take 4-6 working days for Europe and 6-8 for the USA and the rest of the world.

The majority of items do arrive within the delivery times advised but every now and then a package is late to arrive which is usually due to a delay at the customs.

Please note that the foreseen delivery times (especially for international orders) may be longer BEFORE CHRISTMAS.

All international customers have an option to choose between standard or tracked & signed for shipping at the checkout.

All orders of or over £50 will be shipped tracked at no extra cost (simply select standard shipping and we will cover the difference).
