Rose is a very communicative and responsive seller. We worked together to create a custom floral crown for my wedding. In the first shipment, there were some misunderstandings about the colors of the flowers (the first few photos in the listing were not accurate, and at the time that I purchased it, she did not have a note stating that clearly - now she does), but Rose handled the situation smoothly and fixed the colors for me in the end. Even though it was stressful at first to get a crown that wasn't what I saw in the photos, Rose went out of her way to make sure that I was satisfied. A+ for customer service! Her craftsmanship is also truly excellent, and her work is stunning.
