Olfactory perception varies for everyone, but because of sanitary and hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns. We offer the mini sizes as a way to test out a fragrance and if you find that a scent does not work for you, we suggest that you gift the item to someone who may enjoy it. Otherwise, please get in touch prior to leaving less than stellar feedback so that we can work it out.

Once your order is in the hands of the USPS, there is not much we can do about a lost order. Shipping delays do occur, especially around the holiday season. USPS does not consider a package lost until 30 days have passed since the ship date on domestic orders, and 60 days since the ship date on international orders.
