About the Mississippi Quarter – The Magnolia State

On December 10, 1817, Mississippi became the 20th state to be admitted in to the Union. The Mississippi state quarter is the 20th quarter in the 50 State Quarter Program and was issued on October 15, 2002. The design of the quarter features the blossoms and leaves of two magnolias and the inscription "The Magnolia State".

We craft these charms by selecting only the coins that have the sharpest writing. The quarter is heat-treated – without any application of harsh chemicals - to develop a light patina. The back of the quarter is coated with a pine-based resin, which forms a crystal clear, beautiful, and durable dome that protects your skin from abrasion. We make these charms to be worn for generations.

You can have this charm in your hands in about a week. It comes in a black velvet bag ready for presentation.
