This is a ladies unique style collar, embroidered tulle lace netted lace being a beautiful very light coffee au lait color its just exquisite lace, gorgeous! It measures 21 inches in length.
The condition is new never used in lovely strong useable condition for wearing right away, ideal for all sorts of fine heirloom sewing projects or for the enjoyment of adding to your antique-vintage lace and textiles collection.
