When will my order arrive?

All orders take 1 to 2 working days to manufacture with personalised items adding on an extra couple days. UK orders will ship with Royal Mail First Class which usually takes 1 to 2 working days. USA orders from the USA should take 2 to 5 business days dependant on your state. USA orders from the UK should take 2 to 15 business days dependant on your state. We ship our products from the nearest warehouse that has available stock, for an estimated delivery your order will have a time frame as we update our products into different delivery profiles to provide you with the most accurate time scale and price!

I want to order rings but I don't know our/their sizes, what do I do?

If you'd like to keep it as a surprise then you could attempt to measure an existing ring they already own. If this isn't possible then your best bet is guessing and purchasing that, after this we do offer one free resize so we recommend you get sized after you've presented the present as we do this for free we can only offer this once.

I want to track my order, where can I find this?

If your order has been despatched your tracking will of been added to your order so you can find this under 'You' then 'Purchases' If tracking isn't showing up yet it either means it hasn't been dispatched yet or we've not received the tracking link just yet. Sadly UK orders are not yet trackable.

I need faster shipping, what can I do?

Sadly the delivery times we have are the fastest we have available to us without charging you an arm and a leg! We always aim to get orders shipped either same day or next day but in busy periods we sometimes do need to take the full time of the dispatch estimate, especially if it's a personalised item. We cannot at this time offer a quicker shipping method but rest assured we always put it on the fastest shipping we have available.

I like your product but I want it for a different anniversary, what do I do?

We sell almost all our products in years 1 to 30, with a few exceptions. First search the item on our shop and you should find it! If this isn't the case pop us a message on here and we can let you know if it's available.

I made a mistake on the year of my anniversary, HELP!

If your item hasn't been dispatched and you message as early we should be able to get your order changed! If not we will need to get you to return the item and repurchase the correct one.

I sent a message and nobody responded to me, what do I do?

We always aim to get a response within 24hrs (1hr during 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday and 12hrs during none working hours). Our customer services team is only a team of 2 that work 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday (BST/GMT). If you message outside of these hours we will do our best to respond as soon as possible but the office is closed, we get back to you first thing in the morning at the latest.
